I have been working independently with inventors, patent search companies, and patent law firms since 2005.  I am dedicated to providing you with the best search results on a timely basis.  I utilize the power and speed of the Examiner's Application Search Tool (EAST), the same system through which applications are searched by the Patent Examiners, located exclusively at the Alexandria Public Search Room. EAST gives WJMPSS the ability to perform Class and Subclass Searching with integrity, which when combined with key word boolean search strategies gives unparalleled results.  Classification searching includes US, CPC, and IPC in order to locate all relevant art.  EAST also provides access to USPTO, EPO, JPO, Derwent World Patent Index (DWPI) and US Published Patent Application databases. The search fee includes an e-mailed search report document with pdf copies of all references cited. Searches may be augmented at your request with online searching, as well as with NPL searches conducted at the U.S. Library of Congress and/or the National Library of Medicine.
